The Gatling Pea is an upgraded Repeater plant where it can shoot four peas at a time. For each of pea, the damage is just normal but you have to consider four of these peas which results into a very heavy damage in total.
Gatling Pea’s parents were concerned when he announced his intention to join the military. “But honey, it’s so dangerous!” they said in unison. Gatling Pea refused to budge. “Life is dangerous,” he replied, eyes glinting with steely conviction.
It really takes some time before you can upgrade another of your Repeater plant into Gatling Pea since its charging rate is very slow. The amount of cost for such upgrade is worth 250 suns.
Tips:
1. If you have a spare amount of Suns then save them to purchase this upgrade for your Repeater plants.
2. Using Gatling Peas on your strategy can almost take you until the final stage.

I like this plant and it’s one of my favorite. It can definitely take out hoards of incoming Zombies by hitting them with their unlimited peas.
Gatling Peas are way too expensive. Anyway, they will become more powerful along with the Torch-Wood.

Gatling Peas shoots four peas at a time but if you have two or more of them on a lane then they will be shooting their target continuously. I also agree that they are perfect for eliminating a large group of incoming Zombies but I rather prefer to use the Water Melon on higher challenges.
Yeah, it my favorite plant as well but only at the beginning until the mid-level of the adventure mode.

This is because on higher level of the game, you will be dealing with tougher Zombies such as the Garguantur. It’s best suggested to use the Water Melon Pult which deals higher damages.
